What is DROPIT?
DROPIT is a 60 second reverse auction, where you choose the price. The true definition of the amazing race, DROPIT app, the 60-second reverse auction game will have you on the edge of your seat as you watch the price of your favorite products go from full price to $0 in 60 seconds!

ORDERS

Why do I have to resend my address after an auction when I put it in to sign up?
We are aware that we have your address in our records, but we want to ensure our winners do not encounter any issues in the fulfillment process. Your address could have changed or you would prefer the item shipped to another address, sending your address will reduce the chances of any hiccups.

When will my order be shipped?
Once we have received your payment, please allow 1-4 business days for for us to get back to you with the details of your prize delivery. Please be aware that it may take 1-2 weeks for your packages to be delivered base on your prize.

Can I receive my gift card via email?
Yes! If the gift card you won has the option of being sent via email, we will to send the gift card your prefered email. In the case when the gift card can only be sent out physically, we will ask that you provide us with your preferred shipping address

I have won an auction but have decided I don’t want it anymore, how do I get a refund?
When you sign up to DROPIT you agree to our Terms and Conditions. These state that if you win an auction you're legally required to pay for what you win. If you would like to learn how the app works without participating in a live auction please use the ‘Try It’ option in the top left-hand corner of the app.

How can I track my orders?
We do not provide tracking numbers at this moment, but we will provide a estimated timeframe for you to receive your items.

What happens if there has been a delivery mishap to my order?

What happens if my order is incorrect?
If you received an incorrect item with your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and one of our Customer Support Agents will make arrangements for you to receive your correct order.

Can my address be a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a PO Box as a valid shipping address.

PAYMENTS

What forms of payment are accepted?
VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

My payment has failed what now?
There can be a few reasons why your payment has failed. It can be something as simple as incorrect information. PLease email us at support@dropitapp.com and we can look into it for you and help you further.

How do I pay for the auction items I’ve won?
You have the option to store your credit card information in the menu where it says Payment. If you choose not to store your credit card information, below are the steps to manually pay for your won auctions:
1. Once in the DROPIT app, click on the 'head' icon or profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
2. Go to BANK, then ITEMS WON.
3. Click MAKE PAYMENT button below the Auction item listing.

MISCELLANEOUS

What are Bonus Bucks?
Bonus Bucks are reward points you can earn while participating in auctions. By holding the ‘IN’ button during the auction, you earn reward points based on how long you stay active in the auction and hold the ‘IN’ button. Bonus bucks can be used during special Bonus Bucks auctions where you can use bucks to pay for your auction prize.

Can you participate in auctions online or is it only through the app
You can only play in the app at this time.

Is the App available on Android and iOS?
The app is now available on both iOS and Android.
